For over 25 years there were a few various associations that provided many needed real estate services including E&O coverage for its members.  Almost all real estate people and entities belonged to one of these associations.  Because the insurance companies writing E&O started backing out of the business or lost their registration, the last of these associations that were large, closed their doors in early 2004.  Because of the services and the cost, everyone has been looking for an association that can provide the same services but at reasonable prices.  Until now there hasn't been any.  We have investigated and  studied the material regarding a few of the largest associations that were in business for about 20 years that were well thought of.  We have found bigger and better companies to represent the association and provide more solid and stronger services to our members for many years to come.  Please let us explain!
